United Way of Hastings Introduces New Community Leader Giving Levels

(HASTINGS, MN)  The United Way of Hastings (UWH) annual campaign begins each fall and new this year is leadership giving levels.

“The Hastings bridge has always been a traditional icon for our community,” said Tara Donohue Weiss, Executive Director.  “We wanted to follow the bridge theme as we introduce new community leader giving levels.” 

The new “bridge” themed community leader giving levels are:  Arch Bridge Community Leader at $1000, Blue Bridge Community Leader at $500, Spiral Bridge Community Leader at $250, and Foundation Community Leader at $100.

“With contributions from the community, we can continue our work helping those in need,“ said Donohue Weiss.  “We ask that individuals consider the importance of their influence as a business and/or community leader in the Hastings area and give what they can to influence the condition of every one of us.” 

Supporting the UWH is supporting a tradition of helping our community.  The UWH works to advance the common good by focusing efforts on Education, Health and Wellness, and Financial Stability.  These are the building blocks for a good life -- a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to create financial stability to support a family through retirement, and good health.
