2012 Funding Application

Dear Community Partner:

The United Way of Hastings works to be a force for attracting diverse resources and building dynamic partnerships to improve the lives of people in our community.

The United Way of Hastings continues our work to support the safety net in Hastings. We also work to help individuals and families to be proactive in effort to reduce their reliance on the safety net. Many of our Partners are already doing work that is addressing root cause of needs which is done by providing support & services in programs that build skills and develop self sufficiency. Our work will focus on Education, early literacy, Health & Wellness and Financial Stability. These are the building blocks for a good life.

United Way of Hastings is looking for agencies that are working to make an impact in our community. Organizations requesting a grant from United Way of Hastings must be a 501(c)3 non-profit agency that has impact to individuals living in the geographic area that includes the Hastings School district. Applications for grants in 2012 are now available and must be returned to the United Way of Hastings office by February 15, 2012

The application for 2012 funds from the United Way of Hastings is available for download using the links on the right side of this page. The application includes two parts: 2012 application part 1 and part 2.

Part 1 of the application must be returned with eleven, three hole punched copies of the application w/exhibits and the budget form. And Part 2 should include one copy, (3 hole punched) of the other items requested on part 2 of the application.

2012 Budget form must be included with Part 1 and include, eleven 3-hole punched copies.

Applications that are not duplicated & 3 hole punched cannot be accepted. Application deadline is February 15, 2012.
